With over twenty years experience in the non-profit sector, I have devoted my time to supporting communities in coming together for the many causes I am passionate about including: The Susan G Komen Breast Cancer Foundation, The American Cancer Society, The Nikhil Badlani Foundation and Hospice Care. I am a compassionate advocate committed to getting the job done and always with a smile. With my experience and enthusiasm, it is my mission to help aging adults live a more independent and dignified lifestyle with some loving support. Nan’s Neighbors hopes to provide a much-needed resource in the adult community. I am very excited about this opportunity named in honor of my dear friend Nan.

On October 1, 2021, my dear friend Nan passed away at age 95. Over the years, I had taken Nan to many appointments and helped her out as needed. In addition, I had lost my mom to Alzheimer’s, and within the same year had my dad give up driving due to sleep apnea. I have experienced firsthand how the impact of these life events can be incredibly difficult for a family. And as the adult community continues to thrive well into their 90s and even 100s, due to health risks or challenges of daily living, they may require some assistance with day-to-day activities inside and out of the home. Those who knew Nan can attest to what an inspiration she was and how truly blessed we all were to have her in our lives. It is for this unforgettable spirit that I dedicate and honor her legacy through
Nan’s Neighbors.
